In my previous career, I worked in the music industry for Sony Music Entertainment, Columbia Records and Legacy Recordings. A fun fact: While working at Sony, I once rode in an elevator with Alec Baldwin and didn't realize it until he was walking out.

I earned a Master of Arts in Leadership from St. Bonaventure University ('23) and hold the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional) credential.

My path into human resources began through physician recruiting.

St. Bonaventure has long been part of my family's story. My grandparents, Cornelius (Neil) Fay, professor of Philosophy, and Janet Fay, lecturer of English, were faculty members at ������������ in the 1960s and 1970s.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two kids, singing, theater, golf, tennis, working out, walking and playing fetch with my black and tan coonhound, and listening to podcasts.

My favorite place on Earth is Truro, Cape Cod.

I earned a Master of Studies in Law from Wake Forest University School of Law ('22) and a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.

Before joining St. Bonaventure University, I worked for the Syracuse City School District as an employee benefits specialist and manager of the employee benefits team. My career in human resources began nearly 15 years ago at Greek Peak Mountain Resort.

A fun fact: While serving as a firefighter/EMT for eight years, I was also an American Heart Association CPR instructor. Many moons ago, I taught CPR/AED to resident assistants and staff at SUNY Cortland.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our four children and one grandchild, hiking, music, tattoos(!) and spending time with our Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Rosie.

My career in human resources began in 2018 after working as a production supervisor in manufacturing, where I discovered a passion for employee relations and creating a positive workplace culture. As employee engagement and training manager at St. Bonaventure, I focus on creating meaningful employee experiences through professional development, engagement initiatives and relationship building.

I earned an Associate of Science in Human Resources and Relations from SUNY Empire State University and am pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at St. Bonaventure University, with a minor in leadership, expected in 2027.

My professional credentials include SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Workplace Mental Health Ally, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and AHA Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED. I am also working toward Mental Health First Aid certification.

I live in the local community with my two young children and have truly found my home at St. Bonaventure. I enjoy helping foster a workplace where employees feel connected, supported and empowered to grow.

Before joining St. Bonaventure University, I spent more than 20 years working in the medical field, serving as an administrative assistant, office manager and billing specialist at UPMC Cole Hospital and Resig Chiropractic.

St. Bonaventure has become a family connection as well. Our oldest child attends ������������, and our second child plans to join the Bonnie family as a freshman in fall 2027. Sports are a big part of our family, especially basketball, and we've been attending Bonnies basketball games for years. I also serve as president of the Sports Boosters organization at my children's school, supporting its student-athletes.

A fun fact: I'm a licensed nail technician and worked in the field as a side career for several years.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our three children and our English Springer Doodle, Willow, as well as reading, walking and, of course, cheering on our favorite teams.
