In my previous career, I worked in the music industry for Sony Music Entertainment, Columbia Records and Legacy Recordings. A fun fact: While working at Sony, I once rode in an elevator with Alec Baldwin and didn't realize it until he was walking out.
I earned a Master of Arts in Leadership from St. Bonaventure University ('23) and hold the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional) credential.
My path into human resources began through physician recruiting.
St. Bonaventure has long been part of my family's story. My grandparents, Cornelius (Neil) Fay, professor of Philosophy, and Janet Fay, lecturer of English, were faculty members at ΜμΡΔΙηΗψΉΩΝψ in the 1960s and 1970s.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two kids, singing, theater, golf, tennis, working out, walking and playing fetch with my black and tan coonhound, and listening to podcasts.
My favorite place on Earth is Truro, Cape Cod.
