Dr. Tyrone Bynoe, associate professor of Education and director of the Educational Leadership program, gave an online presentation of his paper at the annual Organization of Educational Historians conference, held Sept. 28.

The title of his working paper is “Historical Origins of School Finance Equalization Policy.”
Bynoe also was the lead author of an editorial on the State-of-the-States’ report published in July by the Journal of Education Human Resources; 42(1), 1-8.
