Foos explores maple sugar, moral economy in roundtable discussion

Dr. Adrienne Foos, associate professor of Marketing, will join history professor Benjamin Scharff and management professor Kristofer Gossett of Mercyhurst University in presenting “Sweet Freedom: Maple Sugar Production, Consumer Activism, and the Moral Economy in the Early Republic” as a roundtable at the Pennsylvania Historical Association Annual Meeting this October.

The trio aims to highlight how scholars from different disciplines can combine their perspectives to develop innovative case studies and collaborative research projects.
