Dr. Nicole V. Schilling, professor of Educational Leadership, is pleased to share the publication of her new co-edited book, “Problems of Practice: Case Studies of the Superintendency.” This volume explores the complex, real-world challenges facing today’s school leaders, including issues related to school finance, personnel management, conflict resolution and superintendent–board relations.
