Faculty members Heather Harris, MFA, and Kimberly DeSimone, Ph.D., have been selected to present their research at the upcoming Academy of Business Research Conference, to be held Oct. 29–31 in Marathon, Florida.

Dr. Kimberly DeSimone’s manuscript “Adam as the First Failed Leader: A Feminist-Epistemological Reframing of Genesis Through Leadership Theory” has been accepted for presentation at the Academy of Business Research Conference in Marathon, Florida, Oct. 29–31.

Dr. Tammy Matthews, assistant professor in Sports Journalism & Digital Journalism, and Dr. Tara Walker, associate professor of Communication, organized and participated in a panel at the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC) conference in San Francisco, California, in August.

Dr. Tammy Rae Matthews, assistant professor in Sports Journalism & Digital Journalism, had two peer-reviewed presentations accepted at the Second International Trans Studies Conference held Sept. 4-7, 2024, at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

Dr. Chris Mackowski, professor in the Jandoli School of Communication, has been named an inaugural member of the Gettysburg History Council, an initiative of the Adams County (PA) Historical Society in Gettysburg.
